Use the Citrus Salt Bar to wash your face this morning, or after you work out if you are practicing and exercise routine.

Use apple cider vinegar, lemon juice or witch hazel as a face toner, it will help rid bacteria and close your pores for a more radiant look. To learn more about toning, check out this article, Truth on Toner.

 

For sensitive skin mix 1 part apple cider vinegar or lemon juice with 4 parts water

For dry skin mix 1 part apple cider vinegar or lemon juice with 2 parts water

For oily skin mix 1 part apple cider vinegar or lemon juice with 1 part water

 

Apply your mixture or witch hazel to the face with a cotton ball. Do not rinse. Once your skin is dry, you can go about your day normally.

 

Continue to drink at least 4-5 glasses of water (more if you are exercising heavily or are in a hot environment).

If you are experiencing any sort of dryness of the skin, you can introduce the facial moisturizer by applying a few drops to a cotton ball and brushing over the dry areas as needed.

Substitute organic whole foods for at least one meal today (more if you can).

Wash your face before bed with the African Black Soap.
