Tightening the skin
Use the Citrus Salt Bar to wash your face this morning, or after you work out if you are practicing and exercise routine.
After washing face, make a skin tightening mask with natural ingredients. Here is a recipe for a simple mask we love:
2 tablespoons of plain yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
You can also add any of these ingredients
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp honey
1 tsp ground oats
Pureed banana or avocado
Combine ingredients and spread on the face. Let sit for 15-20 minutes and rinse with warm water.
Continue to drink at least 4-5 glasses of water (more if you are exercising heavily or are in a hot environment).
If you are experiencing any sort of dryness of the skin, you can introduce the facial moisturizer by applying a few drops to a cotton ball and brushing over the dry areas as needed.
Substitute organic whole foods for at least one meal today (more if you can).
Wash your face before bed with the African Black Soap.
