Detoxify the skin
Salt is an excellent for detoxing the skin, riding it of impurities and bacteria, we recommend using Kainat Beauty's all natural Citrus Sea Salt Bar. Use the soap to wash your face in the morning and evening, and all over the body when you bathe. You could also take a bath with this bar, or epsom salts.
Continue to drink at least 4-5 glasses of water (more if you are exercising heavily or are in a hot environemnt).
Substitute organic whole foods for at least one meal today (more if you can). This can be as simple as substituting a mostly raw food salad for lunch, having a veggie omelette with organic eggs for breakfast, or a veggie stir fry with organic chicken for dinner. Keep snacking on raw foods if you can.
