Day 1

 Detox Your Body

Drink half your bodyweight in ounces of water per day

If your skin is not getting an appropriate amount of water, your skin can show it by becoming dry, tight or flaky. Dry skin has less resilience and is more prone to wrinkling.

First determine your weight in pounds and divide it by 2. For example, if my weight is 140 pounds, half is 70 pounds, so I need to drink 70 ounce of water today. That is approximately 2 liters. If you are on the go throughout the day, you should prepare by having a refillable water bottle available so you can drink all the water you need, but aren't wasting the plastic of bottled water.

Substitute organic, raw fruits and vegetables for approximately half of your diet (more if you prefer)


Breakfast- Plain yogurt with lots of fruit and raw nuts. Use honey or real maple syrup if you need a sweetener.

Lunch- Big Taco salad with creamy avocado dressing, black beans, carrots, onion, peppers, black olives, tomato and whatever else meets your tastes. 

Dinner-Whatever you want, but sticking to a healthy meal like wild caught fish and rice with vegetable is ideal. Don't have a device to make the dressing? Try buying pre-made guacamole!

Snacks- Snack all day long if you like. The purpose is not to watch calories to but practice making about half of your diet raw food. Snack on fruits, veggies and even some nuts. I like veggies and hummus. It fills me up, helps me eat more vegetables and although the hummus isn’t raw, it keeps me away from dairy based foods when I’m detoxing.
