We are so excited to have you join us through the 7 day skin cleanse challenge! Through the week, we will give you daily instruction that will help jump start great skin. By the end you will have the tools and basic practices down so that you can continue an easy skin care routine on your own. 

What you will need:

A citrus salt bar for detoxing

A Black soap with activated charcoal for evening complexion

A loofah for exfoliating

A Facial moisturizer

Ingredients for a simple tightening mask

You can find your own, but we recommend this:

1 tablespoon of plain yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice

You can also add any of these ingredients
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp honey
1 tsp ground oats

Raw fruits and vegetables for Day 1, plus some for throughout the week. We recommend making 1 meal a day mostly raw (a simple salad will do or substitute veggies and fruit for snacks).

A reusable water bottle for drinking lots of water. Obviously you don't need this is you are at home most of the day or have access to a glass, but if you are on the go, you will want a refillable water bottle so you don't waste bottle water.

Cleanse begins Oct 25, but we will post your instructions the night before so you can plan ahead if need be. Let's go great skin!
